Which platforms can SimpleStreamer stream to?
Twitch, Kick, YouTube, Facebook, or anything that gives you an RTMP or RTMPS address and key. Stream to up to 3 at once, included in the $14.99.
Does it change my video quality?
No. It doesn't re-encode, so viewers get exactly what your phone sends with no added delay. Send H.264 video with AAC audio; HEVC isn't supported yet.
What happens when my phone loses signal?
Viewers see your BRB screen 1.5 seconds after your video stops, and you're live again 1 second after it's back. The platform stays connected, so you keep one VOD.
Can I add overlays and alerts?
Yes, on your phone: apps like Moblin draw them before the video leaves, and SimpleStreamer sends them on as they are. For scenes and overlays in the cloud, choose Cloud OBS.
