Troubleshooting Techniques for Moblin RTMP Streaming
1. Setting the Video Source to RTMP Server
Go to Scenes in settings. Set Video Source to the RTMP Server you created.
2. Understanding the Local RTMP Server
Your phone acts as an RTMP server, receiving the DJI stream and using it as a video source. The app creates a "local" RTMP server to send data from the DJI camera to the phone.
3. Handling Buggy Connections
It might take several tries to connect successfully. Try all the different IP addresses assigned to the RTMP on the DJI settings page. Set a stream key under RTMP settings.
4. Creating a Stream Key
Set the stream key under RTMP "My Server" on the RTMP settings page. The stream key can be any value you choose; it functions like a local password.
5. Starting the Stream
After setting up the RTMP server and stream key, press the big red Start button to begin streaming.
